ive instantly withdrawn a sum of (10,35 EUR) (48,59 RON) and ive waited half an hour and checked my card then my card only showed up in (-1 RON) which was the paypal fee but havent recieved the money. also contacted my bank and they said they didnt recieve any payments. help me.
