I recently wanted to verify my card for the first time, the required charge was debited from my card and I received the four digits for verification but my PayPal account is not reflecting the page I am to input the code but keep responding "The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience".
Please who can tell me where the fault is from? So I can rectify the issue
