Why is it so hard to ask a question on the Help Center!???? I am trying to link a new card because I had to deactivate my old one and I cannot get any assistance over the phone. I cannot get any assistance on the website.
It says i cannot link this new card (which I had just activated out of the envelope) because it says it's linked to another account i have and I do not have another account?
