Cant add my credit card.

Hi guys.I recently deleted my paypal account just so i can make a new one for business.Before i deleted it i removed my credit card to insert it in the new one.Now in the new account when i try to add my card it gives me this error message: Your card has been declined.Any solution on how can i fix that?

Why didn't you just upgrade to a business account?

Anyway you may have to wait up to 72 hours for paypals system to play catch up before trying to add it again.
