Hello i am new on Pay pal. I want add my bank account but i cant it says / Sorry, your bank account cannot be assigned at this time/. I call to my bank they don't have none problem they tell me. If you will help me ill be happy. Thanks
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
