So I finally have enough swagbucks points to get a 10.00 gift card . I've tried to get it through pay pal , and through Visa and no luck with either. When I request $10.00 pay pal it tells me I need to have my bank account linked , or have pay pal plus account.. I have a pay pal plus account, and my debit card is linked. When I try to link my bank account it will not let me because my cell phone isnt registered in my name . My cell phone number is registered in my fiances name with our cell company .. but what I dont understand ... that same Cell phone is already linked to my pay pal account and approved on my pay pal account . I can send and receive money from friends and family ... but why cant I get my reward from swagbucks ? Please help
