Cant add Credit Card

 cant add my Visa Credit Card they already took money from it and in Notifictaions appeared Verify ur card when im clicking it sending me on old version of paypal i tryed add card from there but pointless says We "have disabled the use of this card on PayPal. You can add a different card. If you'd still like to use this card with PayPal" what to do ?

Hello  I am starting a freelancing website www.onlinii.com. But it only shows the option of pay through paypal. How can i able to use credit card option on my website. Please guide me. Thank You in advance.
