So. My account is verified, 2fa, bank and card linked and can receive money but i cant send money to my bank or to a friend for a payment without seeing a window pop up saying "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." I have $6 in my Paypal balance and I'm only trying to send out $5. If anyone knows whats going on or how to fix it I'd appreciate it!
