i seemed to have linked my current debit card to my old paypal account which i no longer have access with. no that i created new paypal account with different email address, i cannot link my debit card to my current paypal. when i tried to login to my old paypal, it said that it cannot confirmed my identity. please help me link my debit card to my current paypal account. thank you!
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
