Cannot link Our credit union savings

im trying to link my bank account it says paypal sent the two small amounts to my bank account and when i refresh my accnt activity theres nothing there, when i click instant confirm paypal says cannot link your account any idea why?

To confirm your bank account manually, you will need the 2 small deposits (each between $0.01 and $0.99 USD) that we sent to your bank account. This amount is typically posted on your statement within the next 3-5 business days. Sometimes, by contacting the bank directly, you'll be able to get the 2 small amounts immediately. The instant link/ confirmation may sometimes depend on the bank. There are times that a bank might not be eligible for instant confirmation.
