This has probably been asked before, but after verifying my bank accounts, I still cannot add money using these accounts. I have a debit card attached as well and the account is many months old. I have successfully received funds from other paypal users and I've even been able to withdraw to my bank on file. So what is preventing me from adding funds? I've tried both accounts I have verified on file. I tried $5 and I tried $225. Same result. Makes no logical sense how the accounts can be verified and I can withdraw to them, but not add funds from them.
- Aged business account
- no limitations/charge backs or other issues have ever occurred
- bank accounts have not been used on other paypal accounts
Any advise would be appreciated.
