Hello, I previously had my debit card attached to another account and removed it so I could add it to my current one. This is my primary debit card and part of my income relies on Paypal payments. I cannot add the card to the new account, and the error message is the same as when it was still attached. This is the message.
"This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method."
There is another question in the forum regarding this, but it is from a year ago so I am hoping that the problem has been remedied. I am sure I have removed it from the other account. I have tried through phone and chat all day to get in contact with Paypal to no avail. This is my primary debit card and part of my income relies on Paypal payments.
