So i already have my CC linked to paypal and everytime i try to transfer funds it asks me to add a card even thoe i already have one. Then i add a same card, i get a msg that everything is fine and that i succ added a card and then paypal just brings me back to fund page asking me same q, to add a card and if i want standard or fast transfer. I have been using this card for withdrawing for 3 years now so its not bcs my CC is not eligable.
