Can't transfer money to my debit card.

So, I have linked my mastercard debit card in my account and it accepted it, then I tried to transfer money the card and everytime I choose either Instant or Standard, it just puts me back on the "How do you want your money?" page. I know my debit card currently has no money on it so, could that be the reason?

Any help would be appriciated.

In some countries you can only withdraw to a credit card, have you checked the withdrawal options for your country?

Well it doesnt say anything about transfering money from your paypal account to your debit card so idk.I can link the card to my account just fine but it seems that it doesnt want to use it when i try to transfer it.I live in Croatia btw.

Yes i know you are in Croatia which is why i gave you my first reply.

Also think it has to be a visa and not mastercard for withdrawals.
