Can’t transfer money to bank

In my summary it says money...Has my total balance...under it is a button that says collect your money...I press the button and I get a message saying my money is collected and ready for use...but the button never changes and I have no way to transfer the money to my bank account...My bank has been verified and is supposed to be good to go...I have no debit card so now I have money sitting with no way to access it...Can anyone help?
