Can’t transfer fund

Hi guys, can I know why is the page just not working after I clicked on the button to transfer the fund into the back account? It just leaves with a black page. Can anyone help? Thank you 😭

Same here. I did it yesterday, transfered money to my card. Now when i want to, no card is linked there. And even if I add card again it sais it is not eligible to transfer funds. wth?
