I can't make payment and even when someone is trying to send me money this same message shows up ! paypal asked me for PAN ID i have uploaded too but no positive response from last 24hr and it's emergency for me to pay please someone help me out !
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
