Ebay refunded a buyer about 60 dollars after I had to cancel an order. It gave me about a negative 60 dollar balance on my account. I have a debit and credit card and my checking account linked to my account. Problem is, I clicked on "add money" to pay that off, it takes me to "my wallet". When I click on either of the cards, or the checking account, there's no options to add money or pay off a negative balance, only options are to delete the card/account or change the info for the card/account. I have also had a friend try to send me money to cover it, and I send money back when I get it, it tells him that I can't receive money because of this issue. I'm stuck. I have got no where all day with customer service. Thanks for your time.
