Can't connect my Payoneer account with Paypal

My business require to link payoneer account with paypal and recently i can't even connect my account to paypal , pls can someone provide me the solution for this, whenever i try to connect to paypal it occur an error

Paypal does not support Payoneer, you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
