So all of a sudden, I can’t add money to my PayPal from my bank account which has plenty of $. I keep getting a message like “can’t complete the transaction right now - try again.” Called PayPal x 2-totally worthless. Told to wait 24 hrs and try again. Did so - same message. Just called again - told I had to wait 48 hours. What the hell is going on??????
