Can't Add Bank Account - Don't Have Texting

I am trying to add a bank account, but to complete the process I need to enter a code that is texted to me.  I don't have a smart phone or texting.  I tried adding my work phone (which is a smartphone), but then get an error message saying the phone is not registered to me.  I tried calling customer service, but evidently they are shut down.  Any ideas on how I can get my bank account linked so I can get my money?  Thanks!
