CANNOT GET A CHECK MAILED TO ME FROM PAYPAL

Dear PayPal Community,

     I keep trying to get a check mailed to me but my PayPal account says that they cannot do this at this time! Why not? I need to get a check mailed to my PO Box. Furthermore I tried to call PayPal and no one has answered in about the 4 days I have been calling. What is going on ? Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. Had someone send money to reimburse some money for a repair , now I cannot access the money.

Did you ever figure out how to get a check mailed to you?? Can you do it without entering bank information or debit card?? Thanks
