Bank transfer

Hi, so I have this problem... I transfered money from my paypal to my bank account 10 days ago. In paypal I have the transaction in 'complete' but there are no money in my bank account... I called to my bank and they said that the problem should be on the side of Paypal. I cant even reach out to paypal customer service, because the bot on the hotline wont let  me talk to live customer service. I dont know what to do, my money are just gone!

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Im from Czech republic... please help me like I really dont know what to do 😕 It wasnt a little money...
