I am trying to confirm my bank account, but when I go to confirm instantly it always states there is an error and sends me back to the homepage. When I try to confirm it by deposits, it does not send anything to my bank account. I have tried to verify my account for over 3 months and have tried everything possible. This is a last resort. Any advice would be appreciated. Also, I use a small town bank and have asked them if they can help on their side, but they said my issues are PayPal’s responsibility.
