Bank Account Type status Checking

I have linked a norwegian bank account two weeks ago, received 2 small deposits into the bank account, confirmed them and the Status is now Confirmed. But next to the Bank Account Type it says Checking and I cannot transfer my funds. This been in this status for more than a week now. Could you please advice?

Normally you can't add and confirm another countries bank account to your paypal account.

Surprised you could link in in Lithuania.
