Simply question. I have PayPal balance in USD and want to withdraw money to my bank account that also is in USD but PayPal is forcing me to exchange it to EUR before. Obviously their exchange rate is very poor plus additionally they are charging a high fee for it. How to withdraw money without change it to EUR?
