I owed $58 apx to PayPal as a dating agency took it out unlawfully. I finally paid back PayPal the $58. My last payment to PayPal was $25.80. Oddly enough, I saw that now I am in 'credit' $25.80 in my PayPal account. ? Wouldn't it now be showing as 'O'? (zero?) Yet, it says that my 'balance' in PayPal is $25.97 (I know - 17c more) When I click on the $25.80 payment that I paid to PayPal, it stated something like that money was going towards the collection agency - or something like that - going towards the debt I owed to PayPal - so, why then am I oddly coming up as $25.97 in balance/credit? Shouldn't it be saying I am in zero balance? Sounds a bit confusing, I know. I don't want to spend it and then PayPal is like, hey - that's not yours etc.
Thanks.
