Adding and Withdrawing money question

I have $14.80 in my account and would like to withdraw. Minimum is $15.00 so I’m asking if it’s possible for me to add a $0.20 fund then withdraw it all.

Why not get a mate or family member to send you a small payment to make the amount up?

If they use the friends/family option then it would be free if they didn't fund it via a card but used funds in their balance or a bank account.
