I'm trying to add a bank account to my Pay Pal account so I can take out my balance, but when I put in my bank details it thinks about it and then says expirred.... dumping me back at the start of the transaction to put in my bank details. It's a transferwise account
That's definitely a concern - I would advise clearing your cache and cookies, and using a different browser. Hopefully this allows you to add your bank!
