Add money via Bancontact does not work

It has been at least several months that the option "Add money via Bancontact" does not work.

I follow all the steps and enter all the required data.

However, in the end I always get "Transaction failed"?!?

I do not have this issue with other internet sites.

PayPal used to provide a bank account to which I could make a bank transfer and, therefore, top-up my PayPal account.

Now I cannot find this bank account anymore?!?

Please advise urgently!
