I’d like to buy a good from a seller, but she only accepts bank transfer for her item.
Can I use my Paypal to transfer money into the seller’s bank account to pay for the item I would like to buy? If yes, how?
The reason for this I’m looking for ways to get protected by Paypal as a buyer in case the product is not received, arrived damaged or is not as described. Does Paypal provide such service? If yes, how?
Thank you,
