4 digit codes to confirm name on bank account

Dear team ,

When first I registered to Paypal, my name is different with my name on local bank, so then I made change.

Paypal had sent 4 codes  through my credit card report in the form of : PP*XXXXCODE

The 4 digit codes XXX , then has to be encoded back to Paypal ( to reconfirm the change )  

Please direct how is  the steps on Paypal to encode those 4 codes ( starting from  Paypal homepage)
