Does PayPal understand how its association with Xoom is ruining its reputation? I just had a terrrible experience and it was almost identical to what can be found here: https://www.consumeraffairs.com/finance/xoom_money_transfer.html
Transaction cancelled because they cant verify something but wont tell me what cannot be verified. Its a big run-around. Maybe a scam. Do not use Xoom. They will just capture a lot of your personal information and never provide you the service you were wanting to use.
Xoom is impossible to work with. Service reps are rude and obstinate. Cancel transactions without any kind of explanation. And why have an online service when you have to call and wait in a que anyway. Always liked PayPal but this is a big mistake. Shame on you PayPal.
