Ingenious new way to calculate your Net Promoter Scores. When a survey has been completed, if the score is five or lower do not record the results (just delete them).

Waste customers' time by encouraging them to take a survey, and then tell them that you are not going to submit their feedback. That is certain to make people happier with PayPal customer support.

Ellie <removed>, VP of Customer Support, sent me a link inviting me to rate the experience I have had with PayPal customer support via email. It has been AWFUL from start to finish, with no followup from Jonathan or Lisa or ... anyone.

It is obvious they want 10's and will only submit 10's. Paypal has gotten so bad now every (All 12 in the last 4 months)  "Instant Transfer to Debit Card is held up for security reasons so what else do you get but a Big Fat (0)
