take care if you are planning on depending on paypay to assist you if you have a problem with an item
after being told by paypal that my item was definitley unusable and that they would refund my money (over £200) i was then told that i could only claim the refund if i used a courier - but i then found that my item (a segway) is a banned item for couriers!
Many items are banned, but paypal will ask you to do the impossible - return the item by courier but couriers won't take it!
I offered to return the item myself but they wouldn't accept this
i won't be using paypay again - please be warned
