Why is my uploaded proof of address file titled "Fax Proof of Address for Any Address?"

I've been trying to provide proof of residency for a new account.  When I upload a pdf copy of my electric bill to the resolution center, my uploaded file is titled "Fax Proof of Address for Any Address."   Fax?  That's not serious, right?
