Why doesn't paypal answer to my message

Hello, I have sent two paypal messages regarding my debt card. 

However I haven't got any of the responses yet. 

They claim that they would answer me in 24hours,

one message is about 2 week old and the other one is even more than 80 hours old.

And due to not responding to my message and not having me get out of the problem that I had,

I missed a huge sale thanks to PayPal.

 

I searched google if paypal DOES answer to message.

But there were pletny of people who didn't get any answers from paypal, just like me.

then why do you guys operate paypal message center if you dont ever check it?

 

I appreciate that calling paypal service center is faster and more efficient.

But I think message center is the place for those who could not afford calling service centers.

So Please check your message center too.

 

We don't want response in 24 hours. 

We just want your answers as soon as possible.

If they happen to see it then they won't do anything as they don't deal with account issues on here.

 

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I wrote this article because it seemed that they never checked customer message service. And as I mentioned above, I could not call or contact with calls. So I was just writing this article for them to literally "SEE" the message that I sent.
