Paypal services are causing me a lot of problems, for one when a payment goes through it takes maybe a week before it's charged at the bank but Paypal indicates completed when it actually isn't. I just got charged for multiple NSF fees because of this **bleep**, i'm seriously looking into getting compensated for this and it might get into a legal matter. What will Paypal do to fix the problem???
