Warning PayPal about a fraudulent vendor

I made a purchase from a website today (geogetfit.com) using PayPal. The business name (actually a person's name) on the receipt looked bogus so I immediately researched it. Turns out there are hundreds of reports that they are an ongoing scam. Their physical address is bogus, their phone numbers are bogus, and they ignore email.
I thought it would be a good idea to alert PayPal about the fraud since it's probably going to cost them a lot of money, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that.
So do I just sit back and let these scammers steal money?
