I AM CALLING PAYPAL SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY DUE TO FRAUD.
IT'S BEEN A MONTH NOW AND TODAY WAS THE WORST DAY.

I WAS ON HOLD, WAITING FOR A PERSON TO GET MY CALL FOR OVER AN HOUR.
THAT OKAY. I UNDERSTAND YOU GUYS ARE VERY BUSY.

HOWEVER, I COULD FEEL THAT AGT "MERA" WHO GOT MY PHONE CALL WAS DESPERATE TO HANG UP MY CALL. I WOULD UNDERSTAND HER IF I WAS TALKING FOR A LONGTIME. BUT I ONLY GOT TO SPEAK WITH HER FOR LESS THAN 10 MINUTES.

10 MINS OUT OF 1 HOUR OF WAITING!!!!!

 

IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER WHO WAITED FOR AN HOUR? DID YOU REALLY HAVE TO STOP ME WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING?

SHE WAS THE WORST AGENT I HAVE EVER TALKED TO IN MY WHOLE LIFE.

I'm sorry you're having a bad experience, but you have offered nothing here for us to try and help you with. What's the scenario? What are the details of what happened? Are you the buyer or the seller? Provide some information about what happened and we may be able to help you with the current problem or at least educate you so that you can avoid a similar issue in the future.
