Why is PayPal asking for this out of nowhere. I have been with you for years? Now you have held up all of my eBay transactions that I need to pay for. Who’s going to inform all of the sellers that I owe that you guys are holding up their money? I sent you my info electronically and you still won’t let me use my account. You don’t even let me know that you got my identity stuff or how long your going to take to move things along?? What am I supposed to do???
