I recently attempted to purchase something. The transaction kept ending in error, so I tried again, and again, 7 times total. Well, turns out each time I tried I was charged, and a corrisponding refund issued. Except, refunds take 5-7 days to clear. Now, I have $500+ floating around in the internet. Ia this ethical, holding my money for paypal or merchant tech issues??
