I am now on hold with paypal for 1 hour and 40 minutes. How is this acceptable at any level?!!
This is not even with regards to my account but a company that I am making payment through who uses paypal. My payment was reversed because Payapal suspected suspicious activity when the payment was actually made by me.
I am certain if I was to report this experience to the vendor they would not want their customers to go through such an experience with paypal.
Unacceptable level of service and wait times for a company that claims to be forward thinking!!!
