I tried to report a paypal phishing site by sending it to spoof@paypal.com and it was instantly rejected. Seems odd.
The same thing happened to me with a note that it was suspected spam. How does one bypass the rejection?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
