I just wanted to say thanks. Will not go into the issue much but it was obvious the company was holding my money hostage and never planned to refund. You all took care of it quick and very little headache on my end. Had also given me a way to stop a recurring payment on another purchase that after I had started it could not get the company itself to stop. Really great that the care and support for us the users is the TOP priority!!!
I don't think that people / companies who actually put the customer first get the thank you they should anymore and wanted to make sure that it was said and can hope somehow that those who handled this issue for me get told thanks and they are making the lives of us users much less stressful and painful when dealing with a bad company.
