Security Lockout

G'day,

Recently I was locked out from accessing my PayPal account for security reasons and forced to reset my password. Very inconvienient.

Now I get why it was done. Someone accessed my account from another country, and it was a suspicious country.

But it just so happens it was someone who I had authorised to do it as they were helping me to implement new security changes as to how our online shopping system interacted with PayPal. But that someone could also have been me on a holiday in a suspect country.

The issue is that you don't have a way for us to approve such access beforehand and thus avoid the inconvienience of being locked out and having to change the account password. When multiple people access the account from multiple systems daily, it's a pain to change the password. In this case you could have had a mechanism in place so that it wasn't necessary.
