I got an email staying that the refund request from a certain vendor had been declined because the service was never ordered in the first place however this was Untrue, I recieved my refund request from PayPal who must have secured from unreliable vendor. Basically this vendor is a charlatan and people need to be aware that she will take your money and only return it if put under pressure....
