No PayPal will not let me open a case for items not received they refused. The company is a verified PayPal Seller so it's not some fly-by-night company PayPal deals with him a lot so that's probably why PayPal is siding with them since PayPal's overseas. I cancelled my order and PayPal is refusing to help me get a refund and the seller is refusing a refund unfortunately I did not use eBay but this is not an eBay seller so I'm stuck I'm **bleep** out of $40 because PayPal has no Buyer Protection and does not take care of its customers in the United States so I have no choice but to close my PayPal account that I've been with for 12 years and go with one of the several other companies that will protect the United States customers this is purely an issue based upon the buyer being in the United States and the seller being in China.
