Two unauthorized payment happend with my Paypal account.. I had two open cases.
Two weeks later they closed all cases and they made the decision: I will get full refund.
But from the two unauthorized payments only one of them got back.
Since then, many times I called them and they said, yes, you're right. We do not understand why you did not get back your money.
We can help!
Wednesday I called them. Again.
They promised to send email within 24 hours, why I didn't get back my money.
She said: you don't need to call again. We can help you.
They lied again! They did not send email.
Everyone promises! Everyone says you will get back your money.
But nothing happened.
How many times will I have to call?
It's unfair business practices!
I'll talk to a lawyer.
I can prove everything.

You can file complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and/or the Better Business Bureau.
Either one might get you results without having to hire a lawyer.

Perhaps your correct that you need to hire a lawyer to get your money back as you've exhausted al posssiblities with PayPal. Tha'ts the logical next step.
