Paypal Call back time

It is an absolute joke, called 3 times yesterday. No call back.

Today a Supervisor finally called me back after I called again.

They are in disarry, and no one their cares. 

Why?

I am having the same problem...requesting a call back and then.......NO CALL BACK!

How does this company even exist with this horrible customer service?  I will not be using PayPal ever again.

Same here, going through a claim trying to get a refund (my very first time) and I have made 8 calls 2 of which wait time was 45 minutes so I chose to be "called back" neither of the 2 times did I ever receive a call back!

Several things with paypal isn't working and the entire process is extremely difficult and it shouldn't be!
